Lunch: Summer Kitchen Café’s menu is loved by healthy eaters. The café’s red quinoa salad is full of nutrients to fuel you through a day of fun on the beach; the portabella mushroom roll-up is a perfect on-the-go lunch. Served over roasted garlic polenta and topped with feta cheese, this dish is both colorful and delicious.
