Visit South Walton is committed to supporting local tourist-facing businesses and have again created robust cooperative advertising opportunities as a cost-effective outlet to help extend partners' marketing message while creating collaboration with the Visit South Walton brand.
Co-op Opportunities are available each year in the following categories:
- Print Publications including leisure, meetings and bridal
- Seasonal Online Display designed to drive traffic to your listing on VisitSouthWalton.com
The Co-Op sales period for 2020 is currently closed as of 4 p.m. CDT, July 26, 2019.

- VISITOR GUIDE LISTINGS
All bed tax collectors are provided the opportunity to create, maintain and update an accommodation listing in our annual visitor guide. Nearly 100,000 of these are printed and distributed annually.
The deadline for editing your 2019 Visitor Guide Accommodation Listing has passed. VSW works annually June-August in preparation for publishing the following year's guide. If you missed the deadline this year, or are a new bed tax collector, please contact Haley@visitsouthwalton.com to submit or update data for inclusion in the 2020 visitor guide. You can also read about how to set up a web listing for your accommodation on this site. Unlike our print guide, this does not follow a specific timeline for edits and can be updated anytime. Contact us so we can help you create an attractive web presence!
- SPECIAL EVENTS MARKETING
The Visit South Walton Event Marketing Support Program is intended to support, grow and promote local special events that have the ability to generate overnight stays, strengthen the Visit South Walton brand and enhance the South Walton vacation experience. Applicants whose events are accepted into the program will receive a combination of marketing support and reimbursement funds that are intended to achieve the above-listed objectives.
Applications for FY 2020-21 events are no longer being accepted after February 14, 2020. The submission period is now closed.
