Visit South Walton is committed to supporting local tourist-facing businesses, and we have again created robust cooperative advertising opportunities as a cost-effective outlet to help extend partners' marketing message in partnership with the South Walton brand. Co-Op Opportunities are available for print publications including leisure, meetings and bridal - as well as, Seasonal Online Display designed to drive traffic to your listing on VisitSouthWalton.com.
THE CO-OP SALES PERIOD OPENS ON MONDAY, MAY 17 AT 9 AM CDT ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS AND CLOSES FRIDAY, MAY 21 AT 4 PM CDT.
The Co-Op Sales Kit is provided below. To make the sign-up process more efficient and easier for partners, Visit South Walton has developed a digital web-based application to manage the process and create an intuitive experience for participation. We will conduct a webinar Thursday, May 13th from 9 - 9:30 a.m. to walk through the new sign-up process. Click HERE to register for the Zoom meeting.

- VISITOR GUIDE LISTINGS
All bed tax collectors are provided the opportunity to create, maintain and update an accommodation listing in STAY: The Official Accommodations Guide of South Walton.
The deadline for editing your listing in the 2021 STAY guide is Septmeber 25, 2020. Please log into our partner extranet to verify or update your account and listing details. If you need access to the extranet or a password reset, please contact Haley@visitsouthwalton.com. The information we have on file by close of business on September 25, 2020 will be published in the 2021 STAY guide.

- SPECIAL EVENTS MARKETING
The Visit South Walton Event Marketing Support Program is intended to support, grow and promote local special events that have the ability to generate overnight stays, strengthen the Visit South Walton brand and enhance the Walton County vacation experience. Applicants whose events are accepted into the program will receive a combination of marketing support and reimbursement funds that are intended to achieve the above-listed objectives.
The application for events located in South Walton was made available on January 22 until March 26, 2021. No application will be considered for funding after that date. Opportunities to apply for the special events marketing funds for next fiscal year will open in the spring of 2022. To review last year's program overview and guidelines, click HERE.
