Fall is here and we are getting ready for the season with several new businesses, events and other happenings in Walton County. Camp Creek Inn Now Open

The St. Joe Company opened a 75-room, three-story boutique inn located near Watersound Club's Camp Creek Golf Course in Summer 2023. The inn features two dining venues, an outfitter shop, wellness and fitness facilities, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a resort-style pool complex, multisport fields and a golf teaching academy. Guests enjoy a “Member for the Stay” experience, which allows access to all Watersound Club amenities during their stay, including Watersound Beach Club, Shark’s Tooth Golf Course and Camp Creek Golf Course.

The Lodge 30A Now Open

The Lodge 30A, located in Seagrove Beach, is 30A’s newest boutique hotel. The Lodge 30A is adjacent to the Greenway Station development and beside the 15,000-acre Point Washington State Forest, providing convenient access the state forest’s expansive network of hiking and biking trails as well as to Greenway Station’s collection of restaurants and shops. During your stay, enjoy amenities such as a fitness center and outdoor pool. Guests will also have access to the private Watersound Beach Club, water sport rentals, beach bonfires and access to two private golf courses.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Now Open

Now open in Santa Rosa Beach is a four-story hotel featuring 107 guest rooms with amenities including a pool, fitness center and an outdoor lounge with a fire pit. The location is convenient to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the bike and pedestrian paths of the famed 30A area. All Home2 Suites hotels provide guests with free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. The hotel is managed by The St. Joe Company.

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa $35 Million Hotel Renovations

In 2022, Hilton Sandestin Beach announced plans to begin a $35 Million renovation to the property, including updates to the guest rooms, restaurants, public spaces and pools. This March, the team completed the first phase of renovations and are excited to embark on phase two of the renovations in Fall 2023. Phase two begins with transforming the remaining 285 guest suites before revamping Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge. Also, the onsite spa, Serenity by the Sea Spa, along with the 40,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space will be elevated during this time of transformation.
