Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic
The Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic at Sandestin is Northwest Florida’s most successful entry into world-class sport-fishing tournaments. The tournament remains one of the richest on the Gulf Coast attracting major players from across the globe. 2016 saw several broken tournament records with the most impressive being the new tournament record prize purse, and Gulf Coast record, which sat just north of $1.95 million. All of the excitement combined with Sandestin’s top-shelf amenities truly makes the ECBC a winning premier event.
The competing anglers are not the only fishing enthusiasts who will hook a good time during ECBC. Baytowne Marina is the place to be for two days of exciting weigh-ins as top anglers vie nearly 2 million dollars in prizes. Enjoy nightly fun with entertainment and activities, plus, don’t miss Friday night’s fireworks show and live music! Admission is free and open to the public. Details are subject to change based on weather.
Also during the tournament catch a delicious show! Wind Creek’s Executive Chef, Chef Peter D’Andrea, is returning to the Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic bringing a Taste of Wind Creek* to the visitors of this renowned fishing tournament. Join Chef Peter for a LIVE cooking demonstration at Baytowne Marina to witness deliciousness in the making on Friday, June 23 from noon to 2pm.
*Purchase your exclusive VIP Taste of Wind Creek Experience Pass for $19.95 at the Wind Creek booth during Registration on Wednesday, June 21, or at the Wind Creek gaming trailer at Baytowne Marina before noon on Friday, June 23.
The Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic continues to raise the bar for sport-fishing tournaments.
