2006 Artist of the Year PHIL KISER
Specializing in dimensional mosaics, Phil Kiser creates stunning works of art from recycled glass. He combines hundreds of pieces of hand-cut glass to create vibrant coastal scenes. His work can be found in the collections of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Florida Governor Charlie Crist and Jenna Bush Hager.
