Grayton Expectations by Exclusive 30A
DescriptionAdventure enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike will love Grayton Expectations, located on a quiet section of Western Lake. This recently built stunner sits in exclusive Grayton Landing, a private community of only 6 homes. Close enough to the ocean to feel the breeze and hear the surf, this location is ideal! This exclusive community features a private boat launch and a private, covered boat slip, so feel free to bring your own boat or rent one for a day or the week. You can paddle kayaks and YOLO boards from the private launch to the Gulf in just a few minutes, or you may choose to explore the lake by meandering through the water and along the sea oats to Grayton Beach State Park or Watercolor. Overlooking the lake and only footsteps away from the stunning home is a beautiful community pool with a bathhouse, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, dining tables, umbrellas, and two hammocks! What a great place to relax and gather with your friends and family. While the location is amazing and the neighborhood charming, the home is equally spectacular! With three king beds and 6 twins, “Grayton Expectations” offers sleeping for 12. All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and lots of space. Amenities include a huge screened-in patio with an outdoor kitchen, an elevator to the main living areas, professionally designed living spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, and multiple balconies. Included with your rental are 4 kayaks (2 of these are double kayaks), 4 YOLO boards, and 5 bikes.
Explore Grayton Beach
Grayton Beach is one of South Walton’s original neighborhoods – and originality is something this community celebrates. Bustling with life, Grayton Beach is home to art galleries, quirky restaurants and lively bars.
With so much personality, it’s no wonder that this beach neighborhood’s unofficial motto is “nice dogs, strange people”.
