2023 Hospitality & Tourism Job Fair Registration

We are now accepting registration applications for our 2023 Hospitality & Tourism Job Fair. Applications/registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with only 50 booth spaces available.

The Job Fair will be held on Jan. 13, 2023 at the Boys & Girls Club of the Emerald Coast in Santa Rosa Beach from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The deadline to submit applications/registrations is Dec. 30, 2022 at 4 p.m.

Guidelines: 

I understand that my company/organization shall:

1. Offer job opportunities in Walton County to participants and possibly interview interested candidates.
2. Will set up an appropriate booth for job fair setting.
3. Have booth materials set up prior to the opening time of 9 a.m.
4. I understand that I must be present at the job fair for the duration of the event. 
5. I understand and I am aware that I need to give a minimum of 72-hour notice if I am not able to set up and man my booth so it may be given to another company.
6. I understand and I am aware that if I do not arrive on time, my booth space may be given to someone on our waiting list.

The Organizer Shall: 

As the organizer, the Walton County Tourism Department will provide the following:

1. The area provided will be 8x10 feet (free of charge). The booth includes sign with the name of the company, a table and two chairs.
2. Access to Wi-Fi connection.
3. Promotion of job fair and openings through social and electronic media.

Selection Criteria:

Criteria for the selection of companies are as follows:

1. Companies have current job openings in Walton County and are actively recruiting to fill these positions.
2. Submit this form by Dec. 30, 2022 at 4 p.m.
